Bugs And Development Focus
So we seem to have forgotten to include a rather important feature in PrisonPearl, we made a rule about no pearls beyond world border more than a year ago after 7583 found a way to hide them in an unbreakable way, we enforced it during times when it was an issue but it seems to have no made its way into the rule books, so now that its coming up again we should probably go ahead and handle the issue. My proposed solution is that pearls outside of world border (as defined by x2 z2 = r2 with R being no greater than the world border radius) should be auto freed on restart. Should be easy enough to add.
It looks like the RB config is causing some issues with growth in a few specified biomes, since we are now totally synced with the Github version it will hopefully be easier to track them down and fix them.
Since we are at this point running our own Spigot, we should probably patch in somthing to make tile entity ticks more efficient since that seems to be most of the lag right now, I know Pruby had a proposal and even code for that which he submitted upstream, but I think somthing perhaps less dramatic got in.
I also still require feedback on Wither spawning on Civcraft itself since I modified the setting a few days ago, are things back to the pre 1.7.10 norm or not?
After seeing how the bowbuff worked in testing its seems that we need to modify the buff so that it's buff scales down as you make your way from power5 all the way down to the lowest level some suggested scaling values are here.
In response to the buffing of bows projectile prot also needs to be buffed significantly, enough to be useful in a combat situation with archers as a major issue. This should hopefully help to diversify away from a single best configuration.

I thought we did a major cost reduction on PrintingPresses the last time we messed with them? I guess another one is in order, or perahps the documentation did not update showing their new reduced cost? Regardless they need fixing and while we are at it a significant cost reduction again.
Gipsy is working on a fix for PrisonPearl via world border, from the look of this commit he found a better way to implement that change and is working on it.
I still need to be provided with a FactoryMod config for burricos. This will get several other fixes online.
Continued lag issues, possibly due to another percolator, running timings to try and track them down.
People talk about delegation a lot, but how do they expect it to be effective? I have attempted to delegate the most basic of tasks in this changelog for days on end without anything happening, it might be am ore effective use of my time to just do things myself.
