Hello, all!

tl;dr: /r/CivMedia

After weeks of toiling with the idea, finding a CSS theme, learning basic CSS to tweak the theme to what it is now, compiling those first three posts, and talking with some of Civcraft's major media creators, it's finally ready to be launched! Introducing /r/CivMedia!

The idea arose from seeing neat posts here on the main sub being buried or hardly noticed among all the other posts as well as seeing all the specific, one-topic specialized subreddits (though that's of course not a bad thing). So, I created a hub where any medium of news, entertainment, or non-regular text-post opinion can be shared that doesn't quite fit /r/Civcraft's normal discussions. It's a place to share such videos, pictures, podcasts and what have you, as well as find links to the other subreddits with more speciailized themes. It's a place to go to quickly and easily find a playlist of music to play Civcraft to or listen to the latest podcasts without having to look through all the other posts here.

Whether the subreddit will boom or die a slow death, I don't know, but that is up to all of you. It is what you want to make of it! I know I'll be there a lot to find cool new things.
