Stonato suddenly states intent to violate the ceasefire after our Prime Minister made an unrelated speech to rally Olympia against raiders. He has broken off open negotiations. Nightwinga stands as a witness to the now-broken ceasefire.

Olympia has offered a treaty for the resolution of this conflict, but the ULV has not made any statements on it. They continue to insist on mumble negotiations instead of Reddit to stall. This shows how they obviously do not want to be accountable for anything they say, and have never been looking for a peaceful resolution from the beginning.

Olympia had negotiated the land claims of the treaty during the ceasefire, and some agreement was had. The ULV, instead of responding with any negotiations about the treaty, ignored it almost entirely for a week and simply restated how much better it would be if we joined the ULV. They have continued to simply restate this over and over in different ways since the beginning of talks. Olympia negotiated the treaty, it is the only treaty we will accept.

We refuse to respond to any ULV offers unless they are in line with the treaty. These negotiations will be done on reddit, in a formal style. This is to avoid any disagreement on what the terms are, and to keep all negotiations safe to stalling or manipulation.
