Today the Orion ambassador GTAIVisbest was killed while on a diplomatic mission in the city of /V/iridian.

Friendly banter was being had between me and the local members of the city as I was touring it. When I mentioned I was a redditor, however, word got out to local anti-redditor militias who stormed the streets, quickly subduing local security forces and trapping me inside a fenced in "safe area". The safe area was torched, and I was forced to start fleeing for my life as the anti-redditor mob chased me through the streets, eventually one of the members of the militia found me and captured me, slaughtering me in front of a jeering crowd.

The government of Orion will be notified of the massacre of it's foreign diplomat in the city of /V/iridian.

EDIT: Shortly after the news reached the foriegn relations office of Orion, an Orionite Quick-Response team arrived in the city and launched surgical strikes on the militia hotspots, pearling one militia leader involved in the killing. Tensions have calmed in the region as the government of Orion has postponed negotiations on the matter.
