So at some point in your Civ career you've had some grand idea that made you all excited. Kept you awake for a night or two, and ignited a passion to play the game. Only for you to then realise the cost was beyond you.

Well that's where I come in. I'm not playing much atm, a few trades here and there and nothing much more. And I've had almost all of my 'grand plans' realised in one way or another because I'm fortunate enough to bankroll pretty much anything I want to do. And now I'd like to pass that on to some other players. I have thousands of D available to players with plans for either amazing builds, new companies or any plan you can't afford alone.
