Requesting help falsely attacked and accused

I was just having a friendly walk past River's End neighboring city CommonWealth when they came out of their city and started chasing me down. Me being the nice and friendly person I am tried to ask them why and multiple times said to stop. Eventually it came down to that I had to log out in order to not become pearled.
What am I asking for is justice and someone to break me out of my box .
