Are you tired of Anarchy? Tired of overly populated cities with no overburdening bureaucratic elements? Well, the solution should be as clear as day! Leninism, learn how to become a Leninist official running your very own Leninist society. Learn how everyone can benefit from a bureaucracy and how you yourself can be personally enriched by the workers who serve both your and their own cause! So, here is a short yet essential list you must have when forming your very own government.
1) First off, think big! If you are to keep the workers engaged, you must keep the workers occupied with new and exciting projects that may have a practical use or no real use at all!
2) Next, hire as many workers as possible into government ministry jobs/other lowly professions. What better way to show off your success than with a new office desk or a new half filled building full of useless paper work? Besides being subjected to the darkness of the local mines, bring people into the bureaucracy as a means of lifting them by the laces of their dress shoes. Payments should be organized by a true financial system rather than by the feudalistic backwardness of anarchist bartering exchanges.
3) Have an umbrella for the rainy days. Sometimes, the days might be rainy instead of sunny so therefore, it's best to keep your suit dry with a nice hefty umbrella.
4)Finally, make sure your higher ups in your regime aren't under the age of 18 of age. It's actually quite self-explanatory, whether it be the city of Tigerstaden on map 1.0 or other cities on map 2.0, the larger cities tend to fall apart when childish workers are treated on an equal level towards their older counterparts. Older players who are 18 of age tend to be more pragmatic according to scientific studies as their moral compass can comprehend grey territory.
5) Finally, pragmatism. The more pragmatic you are, the longer you'll survive until the rainy day.
