Placing "200 snitches" in another town without asking permission because its too much hassle to ask permission is unacceptable and you should feel bad about your actions and you should feel bad about your skin. Your skin is FULL OF LIES!

Trying to set up a world wide snitch net is a cool idea, but doing it without the permission of towns is not.
