Sound Issue With modded 1.6.2 jar

Is any one else having issues with their sound in 1.6.2. Basically I have sound for like 3 mins then it cuts out. This also only happens in SMP, I have had no issues in SP.
I have the jar moded with:
Modloder
Modloader Patches
Optifine.
The modloader patches fixes not loading reis minimap and radarbro and was suppose to fix the sound issue but still nothing.
