Hello everyone, I am GTAIVisbest and I will be arbitrating the following case. I was approached by soccerryan after the conflict and he explained to me his side of the story. CatZombies quickly logged off, so I was not able to ask him about his side of the story.

Both sides are encouraged to give their side of the story/cross-examine in this thread.

Earlier today, player 'soccerryan', who was a citizen of Orion, was PM'ed by Orion players calling him back to his motherland to help camp the log-out spot of a known griefer, GerSplooshster. He accepted the call to arms and started his way back to Orion.

As he was passing by the outskirts of Aurora, he was attacked and pearled by player 'CatZombies' as he was walking down a road. From the end, soccerryan PM'd CatZombies, asking why he was pearled, as to which he got no answer. At the time, socceryyan was carrying with him a set of iron armour, some bread, and an iron sword.

Shortly after this, CatZombies logged off, and soccerryan contacted his friend, player 'ChasHolsen' who then contacted 'TheMikeWeabo', a notable resident of Aurora who immediately secured vault permissions to get out soccerryan. When he was freed, soccerryan demanded his items back from CatZombies who would not answer him, and instead TheMikeWeabo reimbursed some of his items from his own pocket. Finally, later, CatZombies wordlessly tossed back the bread and the iron sword that had been seized from soccerryan.

While soccerryan was caught up in the Auroran legal system, the known griefer was able to log on and escape Orion.

soccerryan is asking for reimbursement from Catzombies as he claims that his unjust pearling for a long amount of time (He claims 6 hours) partially contributed to the escaping of the griefer. Catzombies will have the opportunity to debate and give his side of the story, and, if any exists, show proof to the public about his involvement.
