Not so many weeks ago I joined Civcraft, and awoke in an unfamiliar place. Wandering into the great beyond I began to meet people. After meeting some nice fellas we settled an Island together. One day we were approached by a guy named Rugdoc95. He wanted to trade with us so we offered to sell him cobblestone and masonry blocks. We later found out that he was living in Shadowcon's town. Not more than a day or so after meeting rugdoc95 we found our things being looted by Shadowcon and a friend. We asked him to leave and not come back or we would be forced to pearl him. He decided to come back the very next day with three well armed friends, so we pearled them all. Then it got worse, on the third day he sent a bunch of his friends in diamond armor to our island. Once again the pearling began. EDIT: [Point of Clarification] We pearled two of them and they pearled two of us. We were able to make a truce with them and told them to never come back. By this time rugdoc95 had convinced us that he was in fact angry with what they had done to us and he gained our trust. We let him come and go. Needless to say we figured we had better start taking things more seriously and we set up No Trespassing signs. As recent events unfolded we found out just how bad things really were...

We were soon to be doublecrossed by rugdoc95. As I logged in yesterday I found my home under siege it was very confusing, but there was rugdoc95 leading the attack. He had opened our gate and let a bunch of griefers in. At one point we were totally over run. People were being pearled and unpearled left and right. About that time a guy named awearyworld came through our portal and we wrongfully assumed it was another griefer trying to flank us. We pearled him too. By now we believed that this was the work of Shadowcon and friends. Before long we had two pearls to their one and we started to gain back control. We soon were able to kick the invaders off The Island. After we were able to sort things out we set free the the guy who got caught in our nether portal during the battle. Not so long afterward I get word of a reddit thread accusing us of being greifers and apart of a pvp clan. This added to the frustration of the previous weeks. As it happens awearyworld was still missing his things and we did not know where it went. We decided to give him a better sword than the one he first lost.

We are currently looking for the following griefers: Krevlorn and gv1222 we are also looking for in-game proof or eye witness that would tie Shadowcon to the alleged rugdoc95 conspiracy. We believe radiohobo, zpzmayhem and Krundes may be behind the conspiracy to take over our Island. We are still trying to sort out a couple more names of which may have had a hand in the previous attacks. Since yesterday's battle we have seen an increase in traffic to “The Island”. We have had to pearl two more griefers since then. We would like to thank awearyworld for exposing the griefers, of which has already lead to pearling of rugdoc95.

We have decide to call our home "The Island". We will keep No Trespassing Signs up and continue protect our Island by pearling griefers. Once we feel a bit safer we hope to find some trustworthy trade partners and allies. Thanks for reading!
