Instead of trying to piss off every Columbian property owner still on the server why don't you take a second to fix some of the more blatant greifing in Columbia. The top two pics show terribly greifed houses that need a bit of TLC. If you actually want to restore Columbia, instead of trying to start a war against RdHayes and foofed, might I suggest actually beautifying the city. There will be other chances to try and start a war.

Edit: As former transportation and zoning secretary I can assure you that those houses are vacant and have been since before the fall. They were either on the last escheatment list or were going to be on the next one.
