Residents of the town, I come to you seeking reparation's after this community caused my estate significant damages. I am the owner of a fine cactus plantation and member of the Seaside government, I am an honest businessman who is a true patriot to his country and have happily done many profitable transactions with the members of your town and its many tulpa's. Unfortunately this time of peaceful trade must come to end as a member of your town has trespassed on my cactus plantation inflicted critical damage to its operation and preformed an act of terrorism upon the fine residents of Seaside. The total diamond sum in damages has been calculated to the sum of 50d.

However this incident occurred 4 or 5 years ago and due to the fine being unpaid quite a lot of interest has accumulated, and at the present time the fine is currently standing at 5000d. If this fine is not paid by December 15th 12pm EST the government of Seaside will have to send in repo men to take valuable items from your town in an effort to repay this debt. I hope it doesn't have to come to this, so if possible pay the fine.
