I'm holding a senate meeting on Saturday to discuss the new amendment and set our policy towards other groups. It will be at 6:00 PM CDT (7:00 PM EDT) unless issues arise such as less than 2/3 of our senators being in attendance or me suddenly vanishing.
This meeting will be on Discord.
All senators are to attend and protectorates (Asphodel Meadows) is welcome to have a voice to represent their opinion, though they will not have a vote.
The current senators:

If I can convince leib to do it, the meeting will be held in the senate secure text channel with the public allowed to view only.
