On Tuesday, April 5, 2016 CE/AD, at 4:31 PM CDT (UTC -6:00), I officially claimed to be Acting Excuahtl after a full week had passed with Spider being gone.
On Tuesday, April 5, 2016 CE/AD, at ~6:00-8:00 PM CDT (UTC -6:00), /u/SpiderString logged in for the first time in a week. He expects to not have to leave again for a while.
This reaffirms my belief that as long as I am capable of claiming the position of Acting Excuahtl, SpiderString_ will be immortal.
