I think we ( /u/Quauhtli_Mia and /u/SpiderString ) came to a sort of consensus on a diarchy format, correct? With additional city leaders acting as counsel?
I can write us a draft for a proper constitution if you want. And if I got the format wrong we can discuss the correct one here, since reddit is like made for this stuff.
