I believe Professor Hartmann has already patented his new decoction. Given this, 400,000 Litres are requested. In exchange, Hartmann will be provided funding for further research, a manor, and lab accommodations in the city of his choice, as well as tenure.

[M]: The war has resulted in Glimmer ordering a lot of new technologies, the Rifled Breech-loading Gun, the First Ironclads (which actually won't be done until the war is over but Glimmer can't see the future so haaaaaaaaaaaa.). Professor Hartmann is still a dick, since his Vita-plack Decoction does none of the things it was requested to do, but since we have magic I wanted to use it more so I guess this is a jumping off point for Bio-magic-chemistry combination for anyone who wants to use it but I guess that's mostly me and oh god this is one of those run-on sentences is it oh god no
