The messenger approached Khan Kargan the Well-Hung with humility, showing proper deference to the great leader.

"My Lord, I have received word that a conflict is breaking out amongst three of the sedentary powers nearby: the Republic of Rema, the Violet Fate Sect, and the USBE. Though war has not yet been formally declared, we have good reason to believe that hostilities shall soon commence."

The great Khan sat for a moment, his mind deep in thought. Finally, he spoke.

"The Violet Fate Sect have been good to us thus far, and seem to respect our people and our way of life. We will not instigate conflict against them. The Sect also vouches for Rema; they are still on the table as far as conquest goes, but we will not attack them yet either."

"O great Lord, not to be presumptuous, but does this mean that the Horde will attack the USBE?"

Once again, Khan Kargan sat on his tanned-leather throne, pondering the decision.

"No. Not yet. But the time will soon come when the land will once again rumble with the hoofbeats of our horses. Mobilize the Horde. We ride at sunset. Be ready for the order; as soon as it is given, we will be on the warpath."

The Khan turned and strolled out the room, a smile playing on his lips.

He would show them all the might of the Gefehrlich Horde.
