Dark ages would be cooler if you gained a dark age card slot

I love the thematics of the dark age cards as they show it is a dark age by having bonuses and maluses. But nobody uses them because there are too many good cards. Having a special card slot specific to dark ages, it'd make it mandatory to use at least one. This would help adding more interesting challenges to you getting in a dark age (other than just getting loyalty issues) and would implement the narrative of a dark age better.
