How to find groups

Iām a new player to civ, I mostly play with just one of my buddies, occasionally 4 of us.
We usually just do score and domination wins, but Iām just curious to how we could find a possible group. Maybe a discord?
Would love to be in a huge game with all human players, idk if any groups like schedule matches or anything?
