Mount Augusta is a democratic and freedom-loving city state that has existed for nearly 9 years in the civ-genre. In Mount Augusta, anyone (even non-citizens) can build on unclaimed land, with little limitations.

Generally, you may come and build anywhere in Mount Augusta at any time, as long as you do not build on a plot of land that someone else has. The Constitution goes into further detail on such policies and their nuances.
Feel free to come build a shop or home on any unclaimed land at (2100, 2100)!
We have traditionally been a large and inviting city in the Civ community, and we hope to keep our city this way for everyone to enjoy.
