The government of Mount Augusta denounces the grave and terrible infringements against our canyon by New Vegas and Monkey-land. These infringements continued even after we established a presence on day one, claimed the canyon publicly, and protected the canyon as a natural wonder via law.

The canyon was a natural wonder, world painted beautifully by JP. It has now been tainted in multiple spots, one with a large under-construction vault (Monkeyland), and another with a huge sugarcane farm (New Vegas).

Mount Augusta established a presence in the canyon on day one of the server. Shortly thereafter we announced the our claims to the canyon to the subreddit. At that time the sugarcane farm did not exist. As soon as I saw it, while it was a small perhaps 50 cane farm, I informed Vanax over voice-chat of the violation. His response was 'perhaps New Vegas laws apply more than Mount Augustan laws here'

Never did I think that he would allow the farm to be expanded after I asked him to remove it. Unfortunately, I allowed myself to be surprised. Notwithstanding me informing Vanax, the farm was expanded to be dozens of times larger.

Likewise, I did not expect Monkeyland to commit such a grave violation on our territory with their vault. Historically, Monkeyland has had cordial relations with Mount Augusta, and I find their act of terrorism on the canyon truly saddening. Their members were aware of our claims on the canyon, and hence there can be no plausible explanation for how they did not know of our claims.

In general, who would dare ruin the best world painted land on the entire server? Yet alone, land which had already been claimed by another nation in the hopes of preservation?

As a pacifist, I will not respond in arms.

However, I call upon these nations to explain why they would ruin such a beautiful beautiful natural wonder. I ask them to explain why they would ignore our publicly posted claims map. I hope for an official response.

Additionally, I also ask that they remove these structures, and replace the canyon as it was.

I find this act truly disappointing. I am disappointed in Vanax, and Adderal, among many others. This canyon was meant to be preserved as a beauty for everyone's enjoyment. Now it has been maimed, and if trends continue, it will be completely destroyed within a few weeks.
