Hello all, for those who don't know me, I was part of SPQR during Civcraft, and my time there has tought me some valuables things if we want to be a successful nation.
First and most important, we need to build huge farms and set up the advanced cauldron and the compactor working ASAP, in order to create asteady flow of XP.
A vault, it is very important , because a vault is a tool as much as a sign of power for the nation. Since we are close to the world border, we could build one there.
Good infrastructure. We need fast comunication with all of our settlements to bring all the resources needed for XP production, and good international conections for trade and tourism/new players
Good relations or alliances with our neighbours, for cooperation and defense in case of conflict or raiding.
Clear laws and political decision making, preferably one where all citizens participate. This will make it easir for new citizens to learn and integrate into the system.
Good urban plaining and great arquitecture, a beatiful city attracts more than the regular grid plots.
Recruit new people outside the main server subreddit, mainly in communities that could be interested in a roman based civilization.
