Vaults and Pearls Law

The following laws will make up the Vaults and Pearls Law should it be enacted:

1. The existence of or intent to build any private vaults or bunkers built inside S.P.Q.R. lands must be disclosed to the Consuls.

2. Undisclosed vaults and bunkers are considered illegal and subject to immediate reclamation by the state to have their contents deposited in the public treasury.

3. The Consuls can order inspections of vaults to validate the existence of privately held pearls and guarantee no non-registered pearls are held privately inside S.P.Q.R. lands; vault owners must comply with a request for inspection.

4. Any pearls held privately by citizens must be disclosed to the Consuls.

5. At any time the Consuls can order the extradition of any pearl held privately by a citizen of the S.P.Q.R. to be relocated into the public vault.

6. It is illegal for a citizen of the S.P.Q.R. to free the pearl of a wanted criminal or a criminal who has yet to finish out their citizen. If a citizen of the S.P.Q.R. releases the pearl of a wanted player or a payer serving sentenced time, that citizen is in violation of this law and is to be charged and sentenced appropriately.

7. Pearls in the possession of the S.P.Q.R. may be extradited to foreign groups with the approval of the Senate.
