The past few days have been filled with twists and turns, with a hell of a lot happening that I personally never saw coming.

Firstly, I would like to officially say to Norlund from all Yggdrasil citizens, we are sorry for what has happened and we are deeply regretful for the role we played within that. We hope by signing our agreement that we can move forward and wipe the slate clean for both sides of the table. This event was a lapse not only in judgment but also in leadership - with that being said, doesn’t justify what happened by any means. After this event, leaders GraveskeeperGod and Shamus deemed it not only best for themselves but also the nation to step down from leadership as King and Prince. Our hearts go forth with them for though there may be many mixed feelings for them, they were genuinely great men at the heart of it all. Graves has decided to step completely away from civ as a whole seeking to better himself in real life and has found Elegos took too much of a toll emotionally and mentally for him. Shamus has decided to take a major step back to work on some IRL events that have taken place but will remain with us in a lesser capacity only logging on to work on his own personal projects. With that said, I have been given the crown to wear. My hope is to bring Yggdrasil back to focus on what truly is important: peace and friendship and building. I am a builder and that is what I find satisfying to do, my hope is that Yggdrasil can be a home to those who want to live their dream whether it be building or farming or making an economic powerhouse of a corporation. I want Yggdrasil to be a place where people can truly live the Civcraft dream of building something more than just blocks. We as a community breathe meaning into it; we make it into something more than we could ever do in real life.

We are also currently working with Norlund to setup a crowning ceremony for myself and Leobonet in Tallum. The time is still (TBA), but we hope this will be the first step to bringing ourselves and Norlund and all those who are willing to come to this event together. For we are all together in this, we all are what makes this game a reality.
