Columbia joins IWW

The Empire of Columbia joined the IWW as a commune a few days ago. Despite our membership in a larger political entity now, we fully intend and promise to uphold all of the terms of our treaty with TRE as an individual entity, and my signature as the leader of the Empire of Columbia on that treaty will carry over as my signature now that the Empire of Columbia is a commune in the IWW. We still hope to maintain peace with all neighbors in the region. Thanks for your time.
