Regarding the previously signed Vesa Accords; things have changed.

Savaguard has dissolved, and in its Vesa-centric claims have appeared the two nations of New California and Nilfheim. The Obsidian Holdings Group has successfully acquired New California's river claims, after a generous show of goodwill from this new nation, and we are nothing but grateful. Our hearts are filled with gratitude and fraternity with New California and its leader, ravioli_flesh.

Nilfheim's leader, Solitaire7, and the Obsidian Holdings Group have signed a new treaty specifically for a portion of the Vesa River that we will share alternating harvests on. This land that is crosslisted/collaboratively claimed is the remainder of the Savaguard river-claim that extends beyond New California's original border, from about x-50 to x-250 alongside either side of the Vesa River. We are proud to live in collaboration with this new nation as well. We are extremely excited for peace, prosperity, and the birth of culture in the Vesa Region, something desired but never realized under the Vesa Accords. Today, this seems more likely than ever.

Otonabee and Norlund, still dear friends in our books, will continue about their claims along the Vesa as per usual, due to the fact that we never initiated any aspect of the accords with this region.

Under the precedent of Anvard and the continued agreement of Blackwater, the Obsidian Holdings Group will continue to develop and farm the Blackwater claims along the river. We respect our Calormeni neighbors and recognize their sovereign existence; the farms that they have set up to the far west under Blackwater's flag will not be interfered with nor harvested whatsoever.

And with that, consider the Vesa Accords dissolved.
