I'm hoping to write some kind of history of at least 2.0, or at least get an idea of what happened. I would love any leads on where I can get that information.
- Anecdotes, stories
- Histories, in-game books that have copies out of game
- People to talk with
- Subreddits (anything from CivExchange to tiny town subreddits)
- Maps
- Biggest gap for me is all the wars. I usually logged out til they were over, and for most of my time with Civ I wasn't on discord.
- Any other resources or info you think would be helpful
After rejoining the community I've been more interested in learning about what came before. I joined CivCraft 2.0 starting in September 2014, later joined 3.0 in 2017, then I was at the very beginning of CivEx. I forget basically everything that happened, because I mostly stuck to building and did not get involved in wars, business, or politics (until 3.0). Maybe some of you remember me as Aerda_. In 2.0 I was a raider for a hot minute then I joined the Commonwealth and had a small town (Isenburg) near Ironside. Later I was an MP for Concordia in 3.0.
Please post a comment below (don't msg my reddit) or message me on discord: Aerdaroo (#1274)
Would love to chat and hear about any oldfriends' stories. Thanks.
