Changes for CivRealms 2.0

1) It is only in the overworld for now. You should have no trouble transporting brews through other realms, but they will only have effects and get you drunk and be brewed in the overworld.

2) There are currently about 65 brews. The first batch is only "classic alcoholic core beverage types." There will be future batches of recipes for non-alcoholic drinks, mixed drinks, sillier pun/joke drinks, maybe region-specific drinks, etc.

3) There is one special type of ingredient I have to just tell you about because it would be hard to find naturally: if you place "Smooth Vodka" after it is brewed in the middle slot of a crafting table, you'll get an item called "Neutral Spirits". This is then used in turn as an ingredient in some other brews.
