Changes for CivRealms 2.0
A couple fixes and a little reduction.
Various pearl based recipes fixed. Factorymod was missing a period in the lore on some of them and would tell you you didn't have the right materials. They should now all match the actual pearls that squids drop
Cocoa XP requirements reduced 30% to help compensate for lack of cocoa replanting. Doesn't fully compensate, but it has to be a compromise because reasons.
Replanting bug should be fixed.
