I've added a permission group called "vote" it inherits the group "user". Each time you vote the Enjin plugin adds you to that group. It adds one day to the expiry time and removes the permission when time runs out. The vote group currently contains the permission "playerheads.alwaysbehead"

You need to register you character with Enjin for this to work and planetminecraft.com and Minestatus don't work with Enjin yet so don't give you anything, but vote on them anyway.
