First off, Myself and Wingzero are now moderators. We'll be helping with player relations and such. As the first act of my new position I'll be telling you how the server is moving forward.

• We will be transitioning to a leadership team in order to better facilitate server health and to quickly meet unexpected demands.

• The server needs to be paid for by the players. We need a minimum of $25 to host the server. We are currently at $20/25. We are now at $25. Extras such as a Mumble server and Enjin would be an additional cost. Mumble server is #1 priority after server costs. Enjin is nice in that it makes payment easier. Mumble would be $7.50 for 50 slots. Enjin another 9. We are currently in the process of signing up for new hosting. Transition will be done as quickly as possible.

• Bans will become much more transparent. We will have a master written list of temporary and permanent bans. They will list player name, reason, and duration. If further explanation is required it will be linked. The location for this list will be within the CivRealms wiki with a link to it on the main wiki page and the subreddit sidebar.

• As of right now we will not be resetting the map. We are going to migrate the map as is; no reduction in size.
