To those of you who do not know me on a "more personal level" I think it is time you know that I have been faced with some rather complex logistical and heavy-stress related issues and challenges over the last 6 months of my personal life.

With out going into too much more detail I know for certain that my need to travel is only going to increase as my schedule becomes more demanding. I am moving into a more creative role in my profession and it requires an intense amount of focus, creative thought and reasoning. Not to mention a lot of additional time and expense.

As a result my creative, intellectual and emotional energy is being used to the max right now. Even now I am sure you do not have to look too far to see that I have not been as available as I once was.

What is important to me is that the community continues to grow and reach its goals. The idea of an emergent and player created gaming experience is a lofty goal not to mention a very attractive ideal at that.

If you have been apart of the larger civ-community for any length of time you know how much work a server like civcraft has had to invest in order to accomplish these ideals.

With this I think it is time that I step back a bit and take my place as a founder. I wish to let some of the other very capable people in our community help us take charge of the administrative, advertising and development roles I have been involved with thus far. I plan to still have an active role both on the subreddit and as a financial supporter, to say the least.

Here are some roles that need to be filled:

• An OP to replace me, some one who can help catch and ban cheaters and weigh the evidence provided. A person that can make sure that the needs of the team are being consistently met.
• An additional in-game mod / guide to assist the players and admins.
• A plugin manager, someone to work under jp and help him manage the plugins and server itself.
  
• The role of advertising and promotions.
• A person to assist those who want to code plugins for the community. One who can keep the plugins on track with the community goal of emergent game play while making sure plugins are properly tested and then implemented on server.
