The People of the city of Dalgon, lovers of freedom all, inflamed by the crimes of the tyrant Fredhun14, he risen up and deposed him for his many crimes against humanity.

We the Free People, having formed this New Rupublic, declare our neutrality in the woes and conflicts of this land. We desire nothing but the peace and prosperity promised to us by our former fascist dictator, but never delivered. The time of blood and pain have come to an end.

We ask that the people of the world respect our new nation and desire for peace.
