I'm not sure why this is apart of Prison Pearl without any documentation on the mechanic that allows this tactic to be available. None that I've read at least. Some of us haven't played Civcraft to know about it.

Is it the intention of the admins to leave this in the game? I personally would vote to get rid of this feature. Does anyone else agree with this?

If you do not document it, then it presents an unfair advantage: this is because it appears like an exploit at a first glance to those unaware of the surreptitious nature of this mechanic.
