New mob control plugin MobControl

New rules for hostile mobs: creeper, enderman, spider, skeleton, zombie will only spawn below y 55 and only on blocks with light level 0-9.

New rules for passive mobs: chicken, cow, horse, mushroom cow, pig, and sheep will only spawn from spawner eggs or by breeding. No more natural spawning for farm animals!

Blocked mobs: bat, ender dragon, iron golem, villager, witch

Realmscraft is ready for testing. Type "yes" while in bed and you will be transported to the test server( soon to be Dreamland).
