Join server, get pearled, 'you're attacking'

After the end of ttks speech on Civcraft, a bunch of us log on to check out Civrealms.
I make my way to 0,0 after a couple of suicides, I also killed a cow in the wild.
So, with my two raw steak I started climbing the huge bedrock tower at 0,0 when DillWeasel pearls me and Gordge puts my pearl in a chest.
Message DillWeasel to ask why, 'you're attacking'.
Not sure how a naked guy climbing a tower is attacking.
edit: never mind, I've been freed. Didn't get my 1 raw steak back though.
