With construction well under way, everyone seems to be real confused as to whats going on.

The mountain is mostly hollowed out. In the center is a massive jeffery tree, over 150 blocks tall. On top of him is a giant glass dome, with towers and town buildings built around it. Parks, fountains, and graceful trees adorn the top. Jabbah's library can be found up here.

Ringing around Jeffery is all different layers of wooden platforms, with apartments, shops, and public factories built into the side. On the surface of the mountain lie large decorative houses and farms, carefully built to resemble medieval architecture.

Underneath Jeffery is the under city. Building is entirely unrestricted down here, so you may build whatever you want. Shops, factories, hotels, bars, and warehouses can be found down here. This is also home to the entirely optional districts. Say I want a communist paradise filled with district owned apartments, or a libertarian paradise a la Rapture. It can be set up down there.
