Cetracey also tells me Trenzalore will be joining the confederacy and that some old friends from Arrack will be creating a city and joining as well. This is a massive influx of people, and we don't even have a city yet.

We need to start working on the city ASAP. We need materials, so we need to start hallowing out the mountain. Structures on top need to be kept to a minimum, as it's all gonna get torn down anyway. You all sorta know the plan. If you have any questions, ask Notdeath, cman, or I.

I might need to make a few modifications to the constitution. I noticed some pretty serious flaws looking through today. I'll give them to the council to vote on when I'm done.
