To whatever foul wretch rules Troia and also to the equally foul wretch who commands the Pelarian army:

Your forces have sacrificed much and fought bravely, though mine have sacrificed more and fought braver. You have successfully repelled my first assault. Take pride, for you have delayed a god. But you have merely delayed him. Though the War God Kanapa-Kanapa is most indubitably pleased with your efforts, my eventually victory is unquestionable. But I am a just God and a fair Ti-maan, so I will offer you a choice.

Your first option is total cessation of Troia, and permit it to become a vassal and a servant to my divine being. All three cities will submit to me, and I would name a Takawaenga selected from Trae's populace and another from mine own to oversee them. No additional child will be harmed. Twenty women and twenty men will be taken from each city each year as an offering to me, and they may serve me or be give to the Heart of Krasa as I deem fit. They would also pay fealty to me, and raise armies when I ask, as any servant does for it's god-and-master. Furthermore, Pelaris would pay a tithe to my people of 1,000 doubloons in 5 installments of 200, and Pelaris would also swear to never take up arms or bring war against my divine being. Any lack of payment would be seen as an act of war, and I would bring my wrath upon Pelaris once more.

Your second option is total annexation of two cities of Troia, with the third becoming a citystate with a maximum military of 750 strong spearmen and no ships. It will become a neutral power, and the obligations of twenty men and twenty women from each city will be met by Pelaris. In addition, Pelaris must pay the same tithe, and once more must never take up arms against my divine being.

Failing these two options, your third option is that I conquer all cities of Troia, and burn the entire island of Pelaris to the ground, and pour salt and curses upon its ashes. All Pelarians will be damned, and all survivors will be given to Krasa's Heart as I build a monument of skulls upon the ruination. This will serve as a warning to any disgusting fools who dare invoke my wrath in the future. They will say "We should not defy Jeruk, lest he does to us what he did to Pelaris."

You are permitted one counteroffer that must also carry a choice of which option you pick should the counteroffer fail, which must be delivered until me by dawn tomorrow by a naked man, so that I can see that he carries no banner. Should you fail to give to me a response, then I will assume you picked ruination. Should your counteroffer be unacceptable, I shall send another man to inform you so, and I shall enact your secondary choice. Should Troia and Pelaris be unable to decide on an offer, I shall do something else without giving either any further say.

It is unquestionable that I shall take whatever I wish from Troia. My Spears are strong, my might is vast, and my heroes and pirates are hungry for glory and gold. All that remains to be seen is if you choose to damned forever the pits of Te-ana-Rewera as you watch me annihilate your home.
