The Sovereginties turn Northward

With the recently established city of Joara sharing a border with the Soveregnties' newly discovered southern neighbors, expansion efforts must instead turn Northwards. Sovereign Orator Ciado has requested that another expeditionary force be established from within the four Sovereginties. (6000 total men, with no gold conscripts) The force is to clear the land of any hostile barbarians, attempt to establish contact with any locals or undiscovered states, and secure a position for a fifth Sovereign Capital.
