MEETING CONFIRMATION AND DETAILS

The upcoming NEA meeting is just less than two days away. I would like to confirm that the meeting will be happening on Saturday, July 11th, 2015, at 3PM EST/12PM PST/8PM GMT. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I just received notice from Hjaltland that they will not be ready to host the meeting on time, and as such, a change in venue will have to be pursued. Due to the short notice, if there are no suitable alternatives, it is likely that the next NEA meeting will be hosted at Iria again.

GUEST APPEARANCE

I would specifically like to point out that Nox and Eden have been invited to tell us a little more about their group, given their rising prominence on the world stage. We will have a section of the meeting devoted to giving states the opportunity to communicate with these two justice fighting groups in order to grasp a deeper understanding about their policies and operations. States may also use this chance to underline and make clear their expectations for these groups, as well as their foreign policies. This will help prevent potential confusion in the future when interacting with groups such as these whom operate on a global scale.

NO COMBAT POLICY

Due to the profile of the participants of this meeting, as well as to keep the meeting smoothly running, I will be implementing a no combat policy for this meeting. If you are hit by anyone within the boundaries of the meeting, you will be given the right to fine that individual for up to 10 diamonds per hit taken. However, should you pursue this penalty, that you do so at the end of the meeting to prevent interruption of the meeting.

NOTICE FOR STATES

Leading up to the meeting, I would ask for people to post topics they'd like to discuss during the meeting, just so I can order it to ensure a smooth flow of discussion. Please do send me an RSVP if you are coming, so I can have an appropriate seat reserved for you, and also do notify me if any invitations have been sent to parties other than the mentioned guests on the guest list.
