• Message me the names of trusted people you would like to have added as members/moderators on the group (NorthEastAlliance), and what the respective statuses should be

• As part of the NEA network member states should either place/reinforce NEA snitches around their territory (wilderness areas as well) or have NEA representatives place snitches for them.

• If you choose to snitch the area yourself you should let me know the amount of snitches you expect to place. We will provide the snitches.

• If you opt to have an NEA representative place the snitches, letting us know the best locations and areas to have snitched (and any other advice) would be appreciated.

Snitches in the wilderness should be stone reinforced. Snitches closer to town/more important trafficked areas should be iron reinforced.
