Camp Beige was host to the collective populations of Bryn, Aurora, and Fellowship, while the three cities chose locations early on in 2.0. Since two of those three cities are now in the NEA, I think that we should have higher control over Camp Beige, and protect it from being taken over by the UIA.
Here's a quick charter/sanctions to immediately impose on both Aurora and the UIA to protect the wellbeing of Camp Beige:
The NEA hereby claims Camp Beige (the entirety of its island).
If the UIA or Aurora attempts to claim Camp Beige, the NEA will treat such claim as a direct attack on our land and are accordingly.
Any modifications to Camp Beige from here on will be treated as grief, and the NEA will request reps from the aggressive party(ies).
Any post on /r/Civcraft stating directly or indirectly that the UIA or Aurora claims Camp Beige will be considered an attack and treated as #2.
Aurora and the UIA must respect and acknowledge the NEA's claim over Camp Beige
We have 7 cities in the NEA. If 4 support this, I assume it will pass, and I will post these conditions on the main subreddit.
edit: Okay, maybe going the extreme route is a bad idea. What I'm really after is stopping the UIA from getting more of a foothold in -. How should we go about stopping the UIA from getting Beige in a peaceful manner?
