On Sunday, September 25th, the Republic of Icenia received notice from PhysicsGamer, the leader of Temporal Isles, that they intended to leave the republic. This notice contained prospective land claims, and a desire for continued friendship.

Being that Temporal Isles had never been independent before due to becoming a state at SOTW, the decision was made by the Senate of Icenia to pass an amended agreement which allowed us to continue owning our southern tree farm island. We also agreed to remove existing ice roads in the area.

The following is true:

• Temporal Isles is it's own independent nation state.
• The current claims of Temporal Isles shown on the most recent claims map are accurate to the best of my knowledge.
• Icenia has removed existing iceroad infrastructure under Temporal Isles
• No alliance exists between Temporal Isles and Icenia at this moment in time.
• Icenian citizens have been directed to not bother citizens of the Temporal Isles

The following is also true:

• The Republic of Icenia has no intention of "pulling a USA" and otherwise impeding Temporal Isles as a nation state.
• The Senate of Icenia recognizes the independence of Temporal Isles wholeheartedly and wishes them luck.
• The Republic of Icenia will not build hostile or passive infrastructure under the territory claimed by Temporal Isles.
