Gb223s13

It’s probable Gb223s13 was banned in the great purge, but the bounty remains in the event he’s ever unbanned.

Gb223s13 is guilty of raiding the SPQR over several days from July 30 to August 2, including griefing a bunker pit, breaking into ice roads, killing cattle, breaking tens of chests, destroying items, and more. After his first day of raiding he was offered our usual clemency: a pardon in exchange for his never returning. He responded by continuing to raid us, first alone, then with an accomplice, Unholy_Outlaw who is now banned.

In their final raid on August 2 Unholy_Outlaw was pearled but Gb223s13 suicided before we could get him.

Given his initial decline of of our amnesty, his continued raiding and petulant nature, he was sentenced to an admittedly extreme sentence to the full extent of our laws, and was informed to turn himself in for a reduced sentence.

When he finally reached out to negotiate he was informed of the offer was either 45 days Pearl time, or 212 diamonds (or the iron equivalent) with the caveat that up to 3 diamond horse armor could be paid in the place of 30 diamonds each for the 3 sets he stole. His response to what were very lenient terms was to further threaten us with Vanax. Which needless to say the reduced sentence as offered is now off the table...

Whether or not he is banned or ever logs back on again is unknown.

What does this have to do with Avalon?

In short the S.P.Q.R. has voted to annex his nation of Avalon.

This is a complicated issue as Avalon claimed over a town the SPQR was building there with the intent of a secluded space for our newfriends and builders to be safe and away from the war. This was established on before the declaration of Avalon and before the creation of the bunker and bridge that defined Avalon. To the point: we have a preexisting claim on the area. Whether Gb223s13 claiming over our town with Avalon was intentional or merely coincidence is unknown. But what is known that the remnants of Avalon being just 350 blocks away from the tavern are well within the zone intended for the town.

In this light annexation of Avalon is more of a righting of what already reality than a claiming of someone else’s property. Avalon was raided prior to us getting there and there was nothing substantial left behind to count meaningfully toward the reparations owed.

The un-reinforceable site known as Worlds End within this area will be respected and protected should the map ever expand. Beyond that I'm not really the person to talk to about Memphtis - it was the creation of a few of Rome's newer citizens.

As far as Gb223s13 is concerned....

Gb223s13 was last seen on ocean snitches heading west. Presumably toward Rhode Island. Presumably with whatever wealth he had. And if he ever does log in again he remains a wanted criminal.
