I am making this post because it is quite possible these people aren't getting responses from modmail and I think their bans warrant a response that lets them know what the duration of their ban is in the very least but I don't know what else to do for them but to make this post on their behalf.

My interest in making this post is that I'd like Mount Augusta's new neighbors who happen to be new to be able to continue to play the server and add value to the community and the region we share which they cannot do as a result of these bans.

Cliqueston/Erhablee

These players are PolyBit, SQOpenSpellBook, BillyBopBeans, and _Banished.

PolyBit is banned for using a VPN, not to evade the effect of a pearling or administrative ban with an alt, but just because he's a privacy/internet security nut. The other three are banned for "knowledge of rule breaking" which idk seems a little questionable to me but I don't know the whole story from the admins side. The admins did not reverse the effects of them insiding Reluctance so I'm pretty sure they don't think these people are VPN alts. When the whole situation at Reluctance was getting frozen by the admins, the initial thought going through everyone's mind was "wtf is going on, are we getting DDOSed right now", not even the person who broke the rule really understood what the issue was until the whole exchange of modmails which is why I find it so hard to believe that that the others or even Poly knew they were breaking a rule.

Prior to the entire conflict and them insiding AP, they were building a town kinda just doing civ newfriend shit. Two of them got into a little bit of trouble in MtA and I thought they might be VPN alts but after talking to them for all of about 30 seconds a judge and I determined they weren't alts pretty quickly. I'm not sure what the issue here is but I'd assume that the admins have some degree of ability to interpret the situation and make a judgement call in a similar fashion to what we were able to do as players but what do I know. I've talked to them and their story seems pretty reasonable if you just talk to them. I don't think they are vpn alts with voice changers because as funny as it would be, I don't think Addy or Druid are getting on mic with voice changers and putting on pretty convincing Swedish accents.

Either way these people really want some sort of substantive response regarding their status on the server moving forward hence this post.

This is a newfriend who I kitted out in some junk armor and tools and he wanted to make an irish themed island country. I think he's banned for something he said in ! chat, something about an inappropriate joke, I'm sure he was just "havin a craic" or whatever and it would be "grand" if he was able to play the server again and make his little irish town on his island.

I don't know what the deal is but he keeps messaging me about him being banned and how the admins won't reply to him at all so he's going to the one player he's had any meaningful interaction with to get a straight answer on how long he's banned for which is insane to me. He shouldn't have to do this and nobody should have to do this.

These are three groups of players on the server that are just kinda wiped off the map by administrative action for stuff that I think could be in the very least reasonably interpreted to be warning territory, and if not that stop giving them the run around and just give them a definite answer on how long they are to be banned for.
