This Friday in Estalia's discord, the first 0.0 plot auctions will be starting!

Initially, only the larger plots (101,105,106,110,111,115,116,120) will be available at auction for purchase. The rest of the plots will be auctioned after the larger plots are all sold.

Before bidding, please read and be in agreeance with the shopkeeper guidelines below:

• Plots are outlined by warped planks, the planks and everything within can be edited
• Bottom of the plot is y90
• No roofs above y103
• Top of the plot is y110
• Rent is 5 diamonds a month
• Plots must be used for selling and trading of in-game goods
• Must maintain a shop post in Estalia discord
• One plot limit per person
• Plots may be reauctioned after 3 months of unpaid rent, plot contents may not be returned
