Over the past week, everything's gotten a bit too heated for my tastes. Though the fruit of the drama tree may sometimes be sweet, I think it's be much better to hold out a hand in friendship.

Therefore, as Lord of the Fountain of Minas Minas, I'd like to offer the open plot next to my own tower on the main crossroads in the city to the Government of Lio in order to build an embassy, supply station, or whatever else you wish.
