A senior official in the government of the Kingdom of Troy and senior member of the Trojan Lineage, Silver Mist, has by both overwhelming evidence and his own confession been proved guilty beyond any doubt of the murder of Kösem "the Cockless", an Ottoman citizen and imam of the Ottoman state religion of Eriçukuru Islam. As the safety and security of its citizens and the sanctity of its state religion are both paramount interests of the Sublime Ottoman State, of which the Sublime Ottoman State has the unquestionably legitimate right to take action to protect, the Sublime Ottoman State hereby issues the following demands to the Kingdom of Troy, which are to be met by Troy without hesitation or reservation. Should the Kingdom of Troy refuse or neglect to implement and adhere to these demands promptly and in their entirety, they shall be considered a direct threat to and enemy of the Sublime Ottoman State and responded to accordingly.

The demands of the Sublime Ottoman State to the Kingdom of Troy are as follows:

1. The criminal Silver Mist is handed over to the Sublime Ottoman State for execution.
2. All relatives of Silver Mist are handed over to the Sublime Ottoman State for incarceration and re-education.
3. The King of Troy and his heirs and successors swear fealty and homage in perpetuity to the Padişah of the Sublime Ottoman State and his heirs and successors.
4. The Kingdom of Troy pays a tribute of 5 PPG per part to the Sublime Ottoman State for perpetuity.
5. The Trojan Lineage is placed under the complete, absolute, and direct control of a representative of the Sublime Ottoman State.
6. A representative of the Sublime Ottoman State is appointed to monitor and audit Troy's adherence to these demands and to oversee and regulate Troy's governance, with full access to, control of, and power over all subjects, aspects, and functions of the Trojan state, government, territory, and people, including its monarch.
